Here are a few of my favorite healthy ideas for you to enjoy the day! Holidays can throw us for a loop if we don’t have a plan. You can eat healthy and enjoy some delicious treats.
Remember to focus more on the people…not on all the fattening foods.
Blueberry, White Peach, Apple & Raspberry Fruit Salad
Slice the white peaces & apples and toss with the blueberries and raspberries.
Fruit On A Stick
Super easy to do and you can use whatever fruit you’d like. I use watermelon, pineapple, strawberries & blueberries.
This is a great treat for the kids to help put together.
Berries, Yogurt & Granola
Layer granola or nuts with berries and yogurt. We prefer plain greek yogurt with a touch of raw honey mixed in.
Berry Infused Ice Cubes
Makes your water look pretty and taste delicious!
Here’s to a happy, healthy fourth of July!
